At same time you run a full cycle poach filets of salmon so you don’t have to cook din din later. –Yeah! Here’s the recipe
- Season salmon with butter, splash of white wine, capers and salt ‘n pepper to taste. Feel free to put a slice of lemon on top!
- Wrap tightly in aluminum foil or aluminum pan
- Run through full cycle as clean
